| ffffff | Orders placed with silkcharm.com are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, free of charge, (for U.S customers only). Express delivery is subject to a delivery fee.
After receipt of your payment, we send out your orders within 48 hours for in-stock items during business hours, Monday - Friday. If a back-order is available, it would take 2 weeks to deliver.
P.O.Box delivery: We deliver packages to P.O.Box addresses.
APO/FPO delivery: We deliver packages to APO/FPO addresses.
